The Dreamhack is an annual eSports event, with a unique festival experience, which aims to take competitive gaming scene in the world to a completely new level. Dreamhack was founded in Sweden in 1994 as a BYOC (bring your own computer) LAN (local area network) party. It has previously been staged in places such as Stockholm, Valencia, Marseilles and Atlanta. This will be the first Asian edition of the festival bringing gamers and digital natives together for a three-day weekend filled with various competitions—a 72-hour BYOC LAN party, eSports tournaments, Cosplay Competitions, Music, Standup Comedy and much more. The event will also host leading games such as CSGO, Dota 2, Street Fighter V, and many more. This event will be a milestone event for India’s ever-growing pool of gamers. With a heavy focus on eSports, gaming, and interactive activities, the DreamHack festival is an experience designed for and built by the digital generation.
ZOWIE product experience will be available throughout the tournament. To get the hands on the latest tech in the market, ZOWIE will also have an exclusive rent & buy area where gamers participating in BYOC LAN Party will be able to rent an eSports monitor for 3 days. After the completion of the event, players will also get a chance to buy the same monitor at a discounted price.
