PVR Cinemas to deploy Barco projectors in 150 movie halls

PVR Cinemas, one of the largest and most premium film exhibition companies in India, has inked an enduring alliance with Cinionic, the Barco cinema joint venture, for deploying Barco’s 2K, 4K and Flagship laser projectors in 150 screens at both new and existing PVR properties within 12 to 18 months period.
The announcement was made at the CineAsia trade show being held at Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre from December 10 to 13, 2018.
